About Me
Aileen Novero, M.D., is driven to offer her patients the latest advances in immunotherapy and targeted treatments — especially innovations available through clinical trials. Inspired by the faith and perseverance of the people in her care, she focuses on building a long-term therapeutic relationship with each patient based on compassion and clear communication. It is important to her that patients know she is there to guide them on their journey with cancer.

Dr. Novero, who speaks Tagalog, received medical training at Ross University in the Commonwealth of Dominica, after which she completed an internship and residency at Richmond University in New York and a fellowship in oncology and hematology at New York Medical College. During her graduate medical education, she was recognized as intern, fellow and resident of the year. Dr. Novero’s own research explores targeted therapies for, and side effects of, blood cancers.

Outside of work, her favorite hobby is gardening.
Patient ratings
Star ratings and comments are only available for medical, radiation and gynecologic oncologists. Gynecologic surgical offerings are not included at this time due to a different survey tool required to evaluate these services. CTCA uses a validated Press Ganey® survey, which captures patient experience feedback for the primary oncology services of chemotherapy and radiation therapy at our comprehensive care and research centers. Following industry best practice, star ratings and comments are only published for physicians with a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys.
