At City of Hope® the safety and continuity of your care is incredibly important. We remain in close contact with emergency response officials and continue to carefully monitor the situation. As wildfires continue to impact our Southern California communities, please know that we are here for you and will continue to support you during your cancer journey despite these challenging events.
City of Hope facilities are open and fully operational, however we understand disruptions caused by the fires may have impacted your access to medications, appointments, and support systems. We are here to help you navigate these challenges.
If you are not able to make it to one of our locations in person, telehealth appointments may be available. Please contact your physician through MyCityofHope or call (800) 826-HOPE to request a telehealth appointment. For after-hours assistance with non-life-threatening health concerns, please use the City of Hope 24-hour nurse call line at (626) 218-7133. For more information, please call the patient contact center at (800) 934-5555.
